I ordered several shirts hoodies and a few other items. I placed the order in May 2024, I emailed them in July wanting to know where my items were. I didn't hear anything for about a day. I emailed again as to any idea when my order would arrive.

I got an email from somewhere in China. If I had known that I would not have ordered anything! I was told via email my order was being prepared. A few days later I got a tracking number that does not exist so I sent another email stating that this company was fraudulent and misleading! I was assured again my order would be shipped soon!

When I asked why the *** was my order coming from China. I was told that this company has warehouses all over the world for quicker customer service and order fulfillment!

The next email again asking about my order, I was told a hurricane was imminent and they would not expose their employees to dangerous situations!

I said, no problem I don't want anyone in danger from a storm, but for some reason I was not able to locate a hurricane anywhere on the planet at that time.

Zero correspondence from anyone after that!

I sent an email asking if everyone was safe from the phantom storm. So here we are 4 months with no items I bought and paid for.

I have tried to make contact via phone, email and even considered flying to Pennsylvania to check on everyone!

This company has NEVER CONTACTED ME with any hint of an explanation.

I do NOT have a business degree, whenever I look at complaints other than mine, it reads "there are only two of us filling orders printing and shipping" !

Maybe you should consider hiring some help! When I placed my order it was for a specific event at the time I made the order my wife and I were in London, and my order was for an event here in the US a month ago.

I sent my last email saying, no need to be in a hurry the event has been complete for over a month!

Still no word from anyone at this company!

I support these type of businesses, I want them to be successful!

With this type of non-service and reviews are not a positive impact.

Coming up on 5 months I guess I will speak my peace and right it off.

I don't have time for this BS they were very quick and willing to take my money!

I pre-ordered two shirts on 12/15/23 to be printed in January 2024. The date came and went.

I waited until March 2024, emailed them, and finally got a response saying the shirts were on back order and that I should be receiving them soon. Another month went by and I sent another email. The reply I got was, 'No good, supply chain issues. If you weren't willing to wait, you shouldn't order from a custom screen printing shop.' It is now August 2024.

I sent an email this morning asking for the completion of the order. I got the usual runaround about supply issues and needing to wait longer. It's been 9 months! Stay away!

Don't get sucked in by the 'cool' prints. There are better, more reliable sites that will provide the services you pay for!

I placed one order with the company and received it in a timely manner with no issues. I placed my next order for 2 sets of pre-ordered shirts, and shortly afterwards the pandemic hit.

I expected delays in the second order, but it took 6 months to get a response back from the company regarding shipping. It took another year to receive any part of the order, and what was received was not even half of the initial order placed.

Last communication with the company stated ! would receive a refund, but nothing was ever issued, and I have since changed addresses, and cannot access the old mailbox.Avoid
